Lovely people to deal with, always helpful, and very kind in difficult moments. They've looked after one of my roosters, 3 of my ducks and our maremma Caesar who watches over them all. They're also not super expensive, like some vets are.

The staff here are genuine animal lovers and this shows in the level of care they provide, they go above and beyond and I would trust my furbabies to nobody else...
I was going here for 15 years (3 dogs and two cats) and NOT ONCE did they mention the titer test to me, as a consequence my pets are suffering from over vaccination.When i approached them, asking why don't you tell your clients about the titer test? Their reply, "We'll lose clients, they wont bring their pets in yearly"...Well, guess what?As a client, you have the right to know about titer testing!
On this day was a devastating day the me, My baby "Babygirl"could no longer fight the cancer that spread through her like a hurricane. Dr Ingrid Runeckles was absolutely outstanding with the support, empathy, compassion, and patience with me and my baby. There is nothing on such a devastating day visiting this clinic that I would change or regret. R.I.P BABYGIRL. 22/08/18.
