Big store presents nicely, but is just too big, staff arent keen on being there either and arent helpful like other supermarkets. Cheap prices for cheap quality, but the specials always seem to be plentiful and often.
I was there this evening and there were 2 or 3 people waiting at every checkout. One Meanwhile two female staff chatted in the service desk area, doing nothing and smiling all the while, for a good 5 minutes, till eventually one of them came to a checkout, just as I was leaving. By this time, there were about 6 people waiting behind me. Very poor customer service :(

Excellent. Big store. Wide range of stock. Prices low. Plenty of bargains. Much better than the tiny Aldi next door with borderline copyright violation labels. Coles best anytime.
Love the freshly baked products at the bakery. The deli department also has great products and lovely ideas. Do not like lettuce on ice, often has burned leaves and does not keep long.
