A very nice and quite large caravan park set just outside the large town of Northam. Caravans are available to rent short term if you don't bring your own and I believe they even have some small houses to rent or even purchase. Loads of gumtrees provide plenty of shade and there is even a bird sanctuary located in the park. The only criticism I have is the very large speed humps throughout which require a 4wd or to be driven over sideways in a regular car.

Having to wait so long for reception is not acceptable. Park is up for sale and there is lots of trip hazards, deep holes in road and grass. New disability shower/toilet facilities might be new but are not to standard. No noise restrictions made noisy neighbours painful.
We stayed a night in a cabin and were very happy with the value for money.While the bathroom/ toilet was a separate building it was only 5 metres from the cabin door and each cabin had their own.
