Omg I am appalled. I left a lovely house 3 years ago . I had a gardener around .I cleaned the house . I left a few things there .I had vegetables growing .I left the house in a very livable state .woth some bond payed I have had rentals in the last 3 years . . I have applied for a lovely unit where I am they contacted you . To my disgust they said I have a black band on me . None of you contacted me Why I ask .they said you will need to country realty . So I rang 3 times . When I got to speak . You just put me down saying the house was not livable not cleaned did not want to know any of my questions and I could not get any word in . . I would not recommend anyone to rent through you . .
