Run by Janice & Jeff, this gym has everything you need to maintain you health and fitness or for weight loss. They have numerous programs individualized for men or women. A very friendly place and great hours.

Very modern and clean with loads of old school weights and machines which will even satisfy the most devoted, experienced gym goer. Easy to find, plenty of parking and energetic friendly staff always willing to help!
