I would like to give minus stars. In February, 18 they 'fixed' a small dent in my car. By June, the paint was bubbling and flaking off. I took it back and they were very dismissive. Because of personal circumstances I did not pursue it. In January this year I took it to another panel beater who found a total mess of putty and no primer. They had to scrape it all back and redo the entire bonnet. Do not use this business if you value your car.
Where should I start, arrogant slow and incompetent I had my car sitting for a massive amount of time and when I tried to call they seemed annoyed by my inquiry. I'm not happy Clements not happy
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star but unfortunately google doesn't allow 0 stars so let's get to the point. Clements is a terrible smash repair place they screw the customer around and make up lame excuses for why the work is not done when in actual fact all their employees are too darn lazy to actually do anything. They have had my car since September and still have hardly made any progress. They are a country town smash repair surely they dont have that many other jobs that it takes them 4 months to do a simple job. In simple terms clements smash repairs are slow, lazy and have a severe lack of customer service. Never visit clements. Clements you will never have my business ever again
